Wayne Cook
Chief Executive Officer, Cook Systems International
As Chairman, Founder, and Chief Executive Officer of Cook Systems International, Mr. Cook has provided the vision for the company. His inspirations, including Managed Services, have created the strategic direction of the company. He has made certain that Cook Systems International has exceptional operational talent and technology to deliver the most successful IT solutions to Fortune 1000 clients and government entities.
With over 35 years of IT leadership and service experience, Wayne Cook founded Cook Systems International in 1994. Prior to Cook Systems International, Mr. Cook was President of Eagle Systems Technology, Chief Operating Officer for SCB, and Director of MIS for First Tennessee Bank. |

Jim Fletcher
Chief Operating Officer, Cook Systems International
As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Fletcher has been the driving force for the company. As a hands-on leader, Jim has made certain that Cook Systems International has the best sales, recruiting, and technical talent of any IT services provider in the nation.
Mr. Fletcher has extensive experience in strategic sales and management. Jim joined Cook Systems International in 2000 as Vice President and has worked as both the CEO and COO. Prior to joining Cook Systems International, Mr. Fletcher brought 35 years of experience as a business owner, Vice President of both sales and operations, and Data Processing Manager. |

Christine Caruso
Chief Financial Officer, Cook Systems International
Christine came to Cook Systems International with a wealth of experience as a controller and financial analyst. Her previous experience is from the IT and internet consulting industries. She has extensive knowledge of most accounting and financial software packages.
At Cook Systems International, her roles as CFO and HR Director involve her in all financial and people related areas and decisions. |

Ken Halford
Chief Investment Officer, Cook Systems International
Ken Halford brings over thirty years in the Information Technology Services industry. Over this thirty plus years in the industry, he has co-founded and built three successful IT Services companies that involved nine acquisitions, two mergers, and selling two of the three companies. He currently is co-owner and passive investor in Atlanta-based I.T. Services company. He is also currently actively engaged as Chief Investment Officer/Director of Mergers and Acquisitions with Cook Systems International. Primary role is implementing acquisition activity.

Charlie Cox
Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, Cook Systems International
As Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, Charlie Cox brings over 41 years of experience in management/finance/accounting. He passed the CPA in November, 1970 and has experience in both public accounting as a partner in a local accounting practice as well as experience in the private sector as an owner and in management. This background includes 25 years experience in the I.T. industry.
Mr. Cox currently is a passive shareholder in an Atlanta based I.T. products/service related company. He has experience in the merger and acquisition of I.T. related companies and brings valuable experience to the team.
From 1991 to 1995, he was President and Chief Financial Officer of a company that manufactured custom plastic injection molding products. Previous, beginning in 1988, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of an IBM industry remarketer of mid-range computer products. During the period 1981 to 1987, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ECONOCOM. Prior to ECONOCOM, Mr. Cox was engaged as a partner with a public accounting firm. |

Kenneth Kinney
Vice President of Marketing, Cook Systems International
As a respected leader in marketing, management, recruiting, and student development, Kenneth possesses over 15 years of experience in the I.T. services industry.
In his role with the CollegeCareerCorps®, he provides management, marketing, recruiting, and training. He also is a regular guest speaker at colleges and universities nationwide. He serves on several Advisory Councils including at the University of Memphis, University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and Southwest Tennessee Community College.
Mr. Kinney has been with Cook Systems International since 2001. He previously worked for SCB Computer Technology. Kenneth graduated from the University of Memphis with a Bachelor's Degree in International Business.

Bob Fortenberry
Vice President, Cook Systems International
With over 26 years Information Systems Project Management and consulting background in Airline, Transportation, Logistics, Manufacturing, Imaging, Paper, Energy, Automotive, Insurance Services, Defense, and Security sectors, Mr. Fortenberry’s wide range of experience includes Strategic Missile Command and Control Systems, Human Resources Information Systems, Industrial Automation, Workflow Automation, and Corporate Executive Support Systems. Mr. Fortenberry brings a proven track record of successful project management and consulting to the Cook Systems International team where he leads the Managed Technical Services, Applications Development, Software Testing, and Consulting Businesses while fostering Cook Systems International's continuing commitment to the CollegeCareerCorps® program.
A fervent supporter of American education, as a volunteer Mr. Fortenberry mentored numerous Florida middle and high school students in engineering and robotics with his student teams winning numerous state and two national robotics championships. |

Doyle Childress
Regional Vice President, Cook Systems International
Doyle Childress joined Cook Systems International as a Regional Vice President. He was previously the Vice President of Sales for CIBER out of the Memphis office (formerly SCB Computer Technology) where for 21 years he served many local clients such as FedEx, International Paper, ServiceMaster, and many others since 1988.
Prior to sales, Mr. Childress worked as a professional broadcaster locally with the then ABC Station, WHBQ TV, as producer, director, and announcer from 1961-1968. Doyle was then employed at RCA Consumer Electronics as Vice president of Sales for a five-state region from 1968-1988 where he was a member of RCA’s elite Excalibur Club for Management.
Doyle is a local Memphian, obtaining his BBA in Sales and Marketing from the University of Memphis.

Corey Glass
Regional Vice President, Cook Systems International
Corey Glass is a Regional Vice President whose career has included seven years of retail, mortgage, leasing, and commercial banking experience with Bank of America. He has developed many key client relationships over the past seven years for Cook Systems International. His client list has included: AutoZone, FedEx, Kinko's, State of Mississippi, Edward Jones, Ameren UE, Jimmy Dean Foods, and First Horizon National Bank.
Corey is a graduate of The Leadership Academy Fellows Program, which is an intensive 12-month program providing innovative tools to empower high-potential leaders. He is a member of Hope Church, coaches competitive baseball, and enjoys hunting and golfing when time allows. Some other previous civic involvements and memberships include 3 years of service on the Board of Directors with First Tee/MSJGA, Chamber of Commerce fundraisers, The Phoenix Club, and the Junior Steering Committee for The Orpheum.
Corey possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Memphis. |

Charlie's efforts to one of our accounts, the world's largest overnight package delivery service, have helped Cook Systems International receive the highest vendor rating available over the last eight consecutive six-month periods.
Mr. Portis takes a unique and thoughtful approach to helping put people to work.

Henry Fields
Regional Vice President, Cook Systems International
Henry joined Cook Systems International as the Regional Vice President for Business Development and Strategies. His experience includes an extensive IT background, business consulting, and running a small logistics company.
His diverse background brings innovative and competitive solutions to the company. He has developed target markets, run operations, sold services and promoted client care programs that generated company growth. Prior to Business Consulting, he spent 23 years at FedEx beginning as a developer and moving up the ranks to Vice President of IT for the Latin America/Caribbean Division. He also worked for 3 years at Boeing in Seattle in the IT Department. He has recruited and managed IT resources as well as managed IT Development, Networks and Operations efforts in the US and International markets.
Henry holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Colorado Technical University in Colorado Springs, CO, and also a Bachelor's from Missouri Southern State University, in Joplin, MO. In his spare time, Henry enjoys working on community activities, golfing and traveling.

Dianne Stine
Regional Sales Director, Cook Systems International
Dianne acts as the Regional Sales Director for Cook Systems International for middle and east Tennessee and also Kentucky. She brings 14 years of demonstrated success in B2B consultative sales and channel (VAR) management in software and network based technology solutions.
With a strong background in both Information Technology and Telecom, Ms. Stine has represented some of the world’s leading technology vendors while educating and supporting strategic systems integrators, service providers, and security VAR’s. Her strong focus in building key relationships and managing complex sales cycles associated with implementing best-in-class solutions has committed her to meeting the business demands of public and private companies, government agencies, and educational institutions.
Dianne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Behavioral Science from National-Louis University in Atlanta. |
