The CollegeCareerCorps® is a unique opportunity for fulltime college students to obtain the experience needed for succeeding in tomorrow's Information Technology careers today.
As part of the CollegeCareerCorps® program, students participate on a consistent part-time basis in a real world technology apprenticeship while working with and learning from Cook Systems International's senior consultants who are well trained in the latest technologies and mentoring techniques. Unlike traditional internships and academic research projects, students, as part of a professional team, deliver a high-value service on actual initiatives.
As a result, the CollegeCareerCorps® provides an environment that produces graduates who are prepared for employment in the rapidly changing world of I.T.
In order to qualify for the CollegeCareerCorps®, students must:
- Be enrolled on a fulltime basis within a college or university
- Major in a computer-related degree program (such as Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, etc.) or other I.T. intensive fields (Students not in a computer-related degree program may be considered depending upon interest and aptitude in the technology field and other complimentary skills and abilities.)
- Possess at least a 3.0 GPA or equivalent
- Have an academic recommendation by a professor or faculty member
